After qualifying as a lawyer by profession, and after years of successful practice within the field of criminal and public law, Mark Imhof moved to Dubai in 2006, where he has built his business as a legal advisor ever since.

Mark Imhof was awarded a Master’s Degree in Law. He is an associate member of the American Bar Association and a member of the International Bar Association. He obtained a diploma in private law, which covered training in Shariah law, philosophy of laws, litigation law, commercial law, and civil law.

Working exclusively with Ahmed and Mark Advocates & Legal Consultancy, Mark Imhof is the spokesperson, and its driving force. His goal is to make Ahmed and Mark Advocates one of the best law firms in the U.A.E.

Specializing in the drafting of all statements of claim, memos, and consultation on litigation of all manner, Mark Imhof has worked his way through the ranks of Ahmed and Mark Advocates, from a legal advisor to his current role as the law firm leader.

He has drafted and supervised the drafting of many cases across all areas of law over the past decade.

He has a strong ethical stance with regards to the place of the law firm, from clarity on the legal processes through to the fee system.

Mark Imhof has attended several training programs, which includes The Law Society in England on ‘International Lawyers Training Programme: How to successfully run a law firm as a business’ and Union Internationale des Avocats on ‘Leadership, Management and Marketing of a Law Firm.’ He is also a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the AEA International Lawyer’s Network.

Mark Imhof has also been an invited speaker at various international conferences in France, Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, London, and Hong Kong, among others, to talk about legal issues involving real estate, family law, business administration, and other professional issues.
